Arthur Wright is the founding partner of Wright & Justice Firm and one of London's most experienced criminal defence advocates. Called to the Bar of England and Wales at Gray's Inn in 1995, Arthur practised as a barrister for six years before requalifying as a solicitor in 2001 and founding the firm alongside Justice Okafor. Over a 30-year career, Arthur has defended clients in every tier of the criminal courts, from Magistrates to the Supreme Court.

His practice encompasses the full range of serious criminal work, with particular expertise in complex multi-defendant fraud trials, regulatory offences, serious violence, and professional discipline matters. He is known for his forensic cross-examination, his ability to present complex financial evidence to juries in accessible terms, and his absolute commitment to each client he represents.

Arthur is a past Bencher of Gray's Inn, a member of the Criminal Law Solicitors' Association, and sits on the Law Society's Criminal Law Committee. He is ranked as a Leading Individual for Criminal Litigation in the Legal 500 2024-2025 edition.

Justice Okafor is the second founding partner of Wright & Justice Firm and the head of the firm's Corporate and Commercial Law department. Admitted as a solicitor in 1997 following completion of his training contract at a City firm, Justice has spent nearly three decades advising businesses of all sizes on their most important legal and strategic decisions.

His corporate practice covers the full spectrum of transactional work — from advising start-ups on their first investment rounds to guiding FTSE 250 companies through complex cross-border mergers and acquisitions. He is particularly sought after for his ability to structure commercially pragmatic deals under significant time pressure.

Justice holds an LLM in Commercial Law from University College London and is a member of the City of London Law Society and the Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Group of the International Bar Association. He is recognised in the Legal 500 2024-2025 for Corporate and Commercial work and has been named by The Lawyer magazine as one of the UK's most influential solicitors of Nigerian heritage.

Margaret Hollis joined Wright & Justice Firm in 2012 after a decade in family law at two leading London practices. A Resolution-accredited specialist with particular expertise in complex financial remedy proceedings and international family law, Margaret is recognised for her ability to achieve constructive outcomes even in the most acrimonious disputes.

Her practice encompasses all aspects of family law, including high-net-worth divorce, child arrangement orders, non-molestation and occupation orders, international child abduction under the Hague Convention, and surrogacy law. She is a trained collaborative lawyer and an experienced mediator, and she always seeks to resolve matters through constructive dialogue before resorting to litigation.

Margaret is a member of the Family Law Bar Association (as a non-barrister), the International Academy of Family Lawyers (IAFL), and the Hague Conference Network of Hague Convention Practitioners. She was shortlisted for the Family Lawyer of the Year Award at the Law Society Excellence Awards 2024, and her department won Team of the Year in 2025.

David Crane

David Crane is an Associate in the Property and Real Estate department at Wright & Justice Firm, which he joined in 2019. Before joining the firm, David gained extensive experience at two leading City firms and a regional practice, building a broad property practice covering residential conveyancing, commercial leasing, and property disputes.

David advises on the full range of property transactions, from first-time buyer purchases and Help to Buy transactions to complex commercial acquisitions and development site agreements. He also handles a busy contentious caseload, acting for both landlords and tenants in possession proceedings, dilapidations claims, and service charge disputes.

He is a member of the Property Litigation Association and the Association of Leasehold Enfranchisement Practitioners (ALEP). David is particularly well regarded for his methodical approach, clear communication, and the care he takes to explain the conveyancing process to clients for whom a property purchase is often the largest transaction of their lives.
